Sign
up with us for Innovator Rewards, a new equine disease
protection plan that provides disease protection coverage of up
to $2,000 in the event of an occurrence of eastern or western
encephalitis, tetanus or west nile virus. To be eligible under
the plan you must de-worm twice yearly with either Quest or
Quest Plus gel purchased through your enrolling veterinarian. In
addition, Fort Dodge will provide an equine health portfolio and
award points toward an Innovator Rewards down vest valued at
$90.
